Founder & Lead CV Consultant

Aneslin Bala is the Founder and Lead CV Consultant at ProDesignCV, specialising in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimisation for executive and senior-level CVs.

Prior to establishing ProDesignCV, he worked on implementing and managing ATS-based recruitment filtering systems for employment agencies and recruiters both locally and internationally. Through this experience, he observed that many highly capable Sri Lankan professionals were being filtered out at the initial screening stage due to CVs that did not meet ATS or international hiring standards.

In addition to leading ProDesignCV, Aneslin Bala is also the CEO of Balanita Pvt Ltd, a digital solutions company involved in enterprise platforms and cloud systems. His work with recruitment agencies on ATS filtering processes through these engagements provided the technical insight that led to the creation of ProDesignCV.

Today, he works directly with executives, directors, and senior professionals to develop ATS-aligned CVs that reflect leadership impact and improve visibility in both local and international recruitment processes.
