ProDesignCV provides professional CV writing and consultancy services. These services are based on time, expertise, and professional analysis.

As our services involve personalised work tailored to individual clients, refunds are limited once service delivery has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Payment has been made but work has not yet commenced
• A written cancellation request is submitted prior to the start of the service

Once work has begun on your CV or consultation process, refunds will not be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after service commencement
• Dissatisfaction based on personal writing preference
• Failure to provide required information on time
• Delays caused by lack of communication
• Job application, interview, or migration outcome

Please note that ProDesignCV does not guarantee employment, interviews, visa approvals, or migration results.

4. Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to revisions within the specified revision period applicable to the selected service package.

Revisions may include:

• Content clarification
• Minor restructuring
• Adjustments to achievements or wording
• Updates to information provided by the client

Revision requests must be submitted within the revision support period communicated at the time of service delivery.

5. Scope of Revisions

Revisions are limited to improving or refining the existing content.

Revisions do not include:

• Complete rewriting of the document
• Addition of new employment history not previously provided
• Change of target role or country after delivery
• Requests for alternate document versions for different industries or roles

Such changes may require an additional service fee.

6. ATS Score System

Payments made for ATS CV analysis or scoring services are non-refundable once the analysis has been completed.

The ATS score is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing the delivered documents
• Confirming accuracy of all information
• Submitting revision requests within the allowed timeframe

Failure to request revisions within the specified period may result in closure of the service.
