• Different employers use different ATS systems
• A higher score does not guarantee shortlisting or employment

The ATS score should not be interpreted as an official hiring evaluation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Informing us of any required corrections within the revision period

ProDesignCV is not responsible for errors in information supplied by the client.

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full prior to commencement of work unless otherwise agreed.

Payments made for services are subject to our Refund and Revision Policy.

5. Delivery and Revisions

Delivery timelines are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on:
